Operations Manager

Trillium Construction in now hiring in the Baltimore / DC area!

Our client is the top security systems integrated in the nation and the Baltimore CTC is ranked top 5 in North America and they are now looking to bring on an Operations Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary between $150k - $175k DOE and a benefits package that includes M/V/D, 401k, PTO, etc. 

Duties:
-Responsible for engagement, team building, performance management, growth 
-Maintain awareness of and seeking to meet the needs and wants of customer 
-Actively seek ways to act as role model, guide, develop and mentor others within operations department 
-Manage P&L to profitable growth (must have strong financial analytical skills including cost control)

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 years previous experience, relevant engineering, field/project management  
-Familiar with verticals – Data Centers, Utilities, Tech, Healthcare, Fortune 500 (all security) 
-Experience in leadership within following industries: commercial, construction, data center, AV, electrical contracting, mechanical contracting
